We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Neclune products. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.
This guarantee covers:
- Items that arrive damaged or broken
- Items with a manufacturing fault or defect
- Items that are significantly different from what was advertised on our site
This guarantee does not cover:
- Change-of-mind returns (we are not currently offering change-of-mind refunds)
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior approval
How to Request a Refund
